By combining the expertise of educational game design and biomedical art, SeeLife is able to bring effective biofeedback therapy to a larger audience.

There are endless benefits to learning self-regulation. A young child or individual with a developmental disability simply does not seek out how to learn natural heart rate control, nor do they have the attention span for traditional therapy. A background in both game design and biomedical art are rarely combined to gamify biofeedback, but together create the potential for a tool that reaches them.
Our Goal
To teach the next generation to "see life" in a new way.

how does it work?

Elements of the game are impacted by the player's heart rate. For example, the water gets darker as heart rate rises. This allows the player to "see" it, learn it, and therefore control it.
